The value of human life wasn’t the motivation of banning the penal punishment in Moldova

I have read attentively the article published on www.azi,md on the 30th of July, the second day after the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova adopted this law and changed article 24 of the Costitution. When there are explained the reasons of adopting this law it doesn’t say anything about man and the value of his life. The motivation was “creating premises for adhesion to the Europen Union”. This was not and is not a correct motivation.
