As I have anounced you earlier, there was organized a dispute about the promotion of homosexuality in our country on the 27th of November at the Free International University of Moldova. There were invited two speakers to expose our opinions about this subject. At the beginning of the dispute, we were introduced to the students and we found out from the mediator that almost no one of the people who are competent with this subject wants to expose their opinion about this subject publicly and especially in front of the students. So, neither teachers nor doctors nor priests want to do this and this thing is sad.

Immediately after we were introduced, I was offered 20 minutes to present my position about this subject. From the begininng I declared that I believe in the absolute truth and Bible is the Word inspired by God and it is absolute truth. Then, I showed according to the Bible that homosexuality is neither an “untraditional sexual orientation” how some say nor an hereditary llness, but it is a sin, a disgusting thing, an abomination, against the flesh and that it is a choise that every many makes on his own will, but most frequently under the physical or psychological pressure, being seduced or rapped, of which the most cases happening in the time of childhood or adolescense. I also showed exemples from the Holy Scriptures when degraded homosexuals had believed in Jesus Christ from their hearts, had been born again, and had left the sin to live purely before God and before people. I also mentioned living examples of the people to whom I had given advice and teaching from the Word of God and I had helped them to escape of that great evil.

Mr Alexei Marcicov who is the president of the LGBT organization from Moldova “Gender-Doc-M”, was in the right to reply after my speech. From the beginning, he admitted that homosexuality is a sin in front of the audience and this thing was admitted by all homosexuals from Moldova. I was glad to hear that and I saw a big progress in solving their problem, because since a man has admitted, then he opens the door to solving and liberation of the slavery of his sin. Further on, Mr Marcicov used a technique of manipulating the audience, when he began to blame the church from our country, showing its drawbacks which he had found out and had prepared beforehand. He used for this 90% of the time that was reserved to him and he even took some more. In the end, I was obliged to mention about the manipulation that was used and to say that it is important to remain on the subject we came to discuss at, but, also, I admitted with a great pain in my heart that all things mentioned above by him are true, and that hurts and we look for solutions.

Then, there followed very many questions from the audience, through which the students and the guests, (under 250 people, as I managed to appreciate, because the auditory was filled) showed maturity and discernment. There were the some of the following questions:

  • Why did the church oppose to the play “The monologues of vagina”?
  • Why do homosexuals insist to have public manifestations if they say that they don’t try to promote their immorality?
  • Why is the church so passive and doesn’t imply at all levels in the society to stop this evil and the other?
  • If homosexuals say that their sin is alike others, this means that some other people must associate as their sin criterion, such as killers, thieves, hypocrits, prostitutes, those who are disobedient to the parents, etc.?
  • If the legislation of Moldova offers a legal statute that protects them, why then homosexuals insist to obtain some anti-discriminatory laws and to change the laws?
  • Etc…

I also asked why I was not invited and accepted in the Anti-discrimination Coalition, that elaborates the non-discriminatory Law? I had sent up a petition for many times and I had been promised to be invited at the meetings, but I had never been informed or invited at them. This time I have received another promise that I would be invited from that moment on. I would like to believe that that was not just promise again…

In the end I drew the conclusion that the participants and the specators condemned that sin unanimously and thay saw how important is to protect our society of sodomy by not allowing the immorals to spread dissolution and their abominations. The mediator of the dispute led it very well and in the end, seeing that the dispute broke out, proposed to continue it at another meeting in January 2008.

I want to thank all those who prayed for this meeting, those who came and participated and those who have their hearts for the future of our country and of our children. I am glad for the opportunity and honor that I was offered to present the Word of God in regarding to this awful sin and the liberation and salvation offered by Jesus Christ. I pray God to help us to have such a dispute in front of the whole nation, at the television, so that all people may have the opportunity to watch and understand the truth about this great sin and the dangers that it brings to the society. Let us pray together for this.
